Preparing a strong tender requires time – time to think, plan, write, review and work through the many details that often get pushed aside by day-to-day demands. This weekly study group creates dedicated space to do exactly that.

From Monday 22 June until the end of August, join us for a drop-in session every Monday morning from 9.30am–10.30am to:

• Carve out protected time to work on tender preparation and planning
• Make progress on funding applications and procurement responses
• Ask questions and seek guidance when you’re stuck
• Undertake focused work alongside peers facing similar challenges
• Share ideas, resources and approaches in a supportive environment
• Connect and collaborate with others in the sector

These sessions are intentionally informal and practical. Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming opportunity, strengthening your tender processes, or simply wanting uninterrupted time to focus, you’re welcome to join.

Participants will not be required to discuss or share commercially sensitive or confidential information in order to participate. The sessions are designed to support learning, problem-solving and focused work without disclosing organisational or commercial-in-confidence details.

There is no expectation to attend every week—simply book in when it suits your schedule and make use of the time and collective expertise available.
