As commissioning and procurement approaches, strong financial capability is essential. This interactive workshop will help leaders build the skills and confidence to develop sustainable budgets, understand the true cost of service delivery, and make informed financial decisions.

Facilitator

Melanie Orr of the Social Impact Hub is a Chartered Accountant and strategic business adviser with more than 20 years’ experience across corporate, consulting, disability and not-for-profit sectors. She specialises in financial modelling, business cases, commercial analysis and organisational sustainability.

Format

This is a highly interactive workshop featuring practical exercises, peer learning and real-world examples. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop and be prepared to work through budgeting activities using Excel or Google Sheets.
