Melanie Orr of the Social Impact Hub is a Chartered Accountant and strategic business adviser with more than 20 years’ experience across corporate, consulting, disability and not-for-profit sectors. She specialises in financial modelling, business cases, commercial analysis and organisational sustainability.
Format
This is a highly interactive workshop featuring practical exercises, peer learning and real-world examples. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop and be prepared to work through budgeting activities using Excel or Google Sheets.
