With Child, Youth and Family Services procurement activity expected to commence shortly, this research group will support participants to build a shared understanding of the Service Improvement Plan (SIP) and its implications for commissioning, service delivery and sector readiness.
This session will bring together stakeholders in a collaborative learning environment to explore the SIP’s priorities, commissioning context and emerging opportunities for the sector ahead of procurement. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss key themes, share insights and consider how the SIP may shape future service responses and outcomes.
Through facilitated discussion and knowledge sharing, the group will:
- Strengthen understanding of the SIP Child, Youth and Family Services framework.
- Explore key commissioning priorities and expectations.
- Examine opportunities and challenges relevant to the upcoming procurement process.
- Support sector readiness through shared learning and discussion.
