This group will provide a space for community mental health organisations, practitioners, and sector leaders to collectively explore what the SIP signals about government priorities, future service directions, and outcomes-based commissioning approaches. Through shared analysis, discussion, and evidence gathering, the group aims to strengthen sector understanding, identify opportunities and challenges, and support organisations to prepare for future procurement and commissioning processes.

The initiative is designed to build sector capability, encourage collaboration, and ensure community voices and lived experience perspectives inform how outcomes are understood and measured across the ACT mental health system.
