Mental Health Community Coalition ACT is currently seeking a self-motivated professional to join our small team in the role of Communications & Events Officer. MHCC ACT is the peak body for not for profit mental health services in the ACT and works with local and national partners to promote and develop the sector.

Communications and Events Officer

Your work has two significant components. You will develop MHCC ACT’s internal and external communications, and coordinate the sector’s activities for Mental Health Week – the primary mental health awareness campaign in the ACT. You will also maintain the MHCC ACT website and social media presence, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and much more.

This role will suit a self-motivated and highly organised professional, who enjoys taking initiative and is resourceful in working with others to achieve common objectives. You will be working with a MH Week Committee and other organisations to coordinate and promote a range of events in the month of October and with the MHCC ACT staff team on our stakeholder engagement and communications.
