Mental Health First Aid Training
Do you know how to respond if someone close to you experiences a mental health crisis?
In this two-day interactive course, participants will be exposed to a firm understanding of mental illness and build skills and strategies to understand and responding to crisis situations.
Participants will leave with a toolbox of skills and be competent in the following:
- Awareness of mental health issues
- Recognising symptoms
- Responding appropriately
- Identifying possible treatment organisations and referral options

- Mental illnesses
- Mental Health First Aid plan
- Substance misuse
