Consumer & Carer Caucus

MHCC ACT values the voice of people with lived experience of mental illness as critical to informed development in the sector.

The Consumer Carer Caucus is a forum for people with lived experience of mental illness to share insights and participate in MHCC ACT’s work. The expertise of consumers and carers is vital to informed mental health policy, service development and provision.

Caucus is the only state or territory based group to have combined consumer and carer participants. We welcome and encourage participation from people of diverse backgrounds.

Caucus meets quarterly in the MHCC ACT Meeting Room, Level 1, Griffin Centre, Genge Street, Canberra City, ACT 2601.
